In addition to the 13,000 office tenants who work at Brookfield Place, you will reach over 100,000 business professionals and tourists who pass through the complex each day. After business hours, Brookfield Place continues to attract large audiences in part because of its close proximity and direct access to Air Canada Centre, Union Station, and a number of major downtown hotels and entertainment attractions.

Promotional space varies according to location within the complex. Please scroll through the listings below to choose the size and area best suited to your needs.

Community Kiosk

The Brookfield Community Kiosk is available for registered non-profit organizations free of charge. The Kiosk is set-up on the Concourse Level and is available for one day use, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Community Kiosk may be used for public awareness displays and fundraising initiatives such as raffle ticket sales and donation based programs. The sale of merchandise available from Brookfield Place merchants is not permitted at the Kiosk. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please provide requests in writing on the nonprofit organizations letterhead, outlining the intended use of this Kiosk. Vehicle Placement

The Allen Lambert Galleria and Garden Court are available for vehicle placements on a weekly basis. For further information on availability and space rental fees, please contact the Brookfield Place Management Office.

Promotional Event Space

Throughout the year, the Concourse Level at Brookfield Place is available for product placement and sampling events. During the summer months, the Garden Court at Brookfield Place is the ideal venue for promotional events. Both venues are available for one and two day rental periods; Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Product sampling and promotional events that conflict with Brookfield Place merchants are not permitted.
