The experts at Cleveland Clinic Canada have teamed up with Brookfield Place to help you stay active, both indoors and out. This month, we will be showing you how to avoid the harmful effects of sitting (stop by our wellness Wednesday booth on the 5th), hosting a mindfulness session and continuing our popular yoga classes.
